All posters must be written in english
Posters should be in the standard size of 90 x 120 cm, with a rod (or tube) and string for mounting on a tripod.
Posters of awarded works will receive a visual identifier to signal the award.
At least one of the authors of each poster must be present during the presentation session.
The works to be presented in each poster session will be announced by the Organizing Committee shortly.
If you wish, we can send your poster for printing at a local print shop.
The cost will be R$ 75.00 per poster (90x120 cm, canvas, with rod and string support).
If you would like to request this service, please follow the instructions below:
Make the deposit for the poster (R$ 75.00). Use the QR Code below to make your payment via Pix to: Eduardo Guimarães Dupim - CPF *.306.877- - Nu Bank.
Send an email to segedxii@ib.usp.br with the subject “Poster Printing”. The email should contain the PDF file of the poster attached (standard size 90 x 120 cm), along with the payment receipt and details for the invoice (name, CPF, and other specifications from your funding agency, if necessary). The deadline for printing requests and email submissions is August 25th.
Wait for the confirmation email. If any issues are detected, the organizing committee will contact you. Once confirmed, your poster will be printed and available for pickup during registration on Monday, August 2nd.
We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a font size of at least 36.
